Fear
The primary and the most pivotal defense against rodent attack. Combirepel™ triggers a fear response in rodents when it comes across the application.
Discomfort
Combirepel™ causes severe temporary distress to the mucous membrane of the animal in case of contact which could be accidental/ despite the fear mechanism.
Aversion
Combirepel™ triggers an unpleasant reaction in case if the pest tries to gnaw away the application, ensuring that it won't bite again.
Social and experiential training
After encountering the above-mentioned emotions the animal instinctively perceives it with something it should stay away from and stores this information for future reference.
Mimicking social behavior
